Emre Toraman was born in Germany and raised there till a certain age. He earned his bachelor's degree in software engineering from Lefke European University and his master's degree in business administration from Hasan Kalyoncu University. He obtained Microsoft Specialist and Microsoft Certified Professional certifications by attending Microsoft trainings. He earned a project management certificate from MIT and an innovation certificate from Yildiz Technical University. Emre Toraman, a project manager at Ferdi Design, is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association's Information Law Commission, but he also contributes to law and justice in the field of forensic information. He works as a volunteer in a variety of volunteer organizations. The administrator duty in the cloud protocol is carried out by the project.
